Francois ‘Mido’ El-Alfy is a freelance sound engineer and tour manager - either or both depending on the job, having spent seven years running and promoting at a venue (Josephs Well), then working at a record label (Dance To The Radio), touring worldwide since 2007.

Currently on the road with Temples and Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, previously with artists such as Kaiser Chiefs, Futureheads, The Twang, Yellowcard and many more, covering over 40 countries and counting.
