The Unconference is the largest free music industry event in the North of England - a day of panels, workshops, presentations and networking for those working in, or aspiring to work in the music industry, presented as part of Live At Leeds and Leeds International Festival.

If you are involved in music at any level and hope to gain a better understanding of the music industries – as an artist, producer, manager, promoter, enthusiast or otherwise, you can come to our event to find out more from leading experts and professionals.

This years' event will feature:

  • an artists provocation

  • panels presented in collaboration with Association of Independent Music (AIM) and PRS Foundation

  • Come Play With Me Selection Panel

  • how to best release new music

  • live music industry

  • how to find the best artist development opportunities

Our popular Meet The Experts session will return, allowing attendees to book a one-to-one meeting with music industry experts & professionals.

The Come Play With Me Selection Panel will debate tracks submitted before the event for inclusion on an upcoming singles release from the label. Submissions for this panel will open shortly!
